You must read all of the following terms fully before opening an account or using any service on this platform. By using the service, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
The terms and conditions set out below form a legal agreement between mospay and anyone who uses its services. This agreement applies to users residing in Bangladesh. If you object to any term, please do not use the service.
Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Applicable Parties
In this document, "Platform" refers to the mospay website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is browsing it without registration.
1.2 Changes to Terms
mospay may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any update means you have accepted the revised terms. For significant changes, a notice will be provided through the platform.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on mospay and take part in any betting or casino activity, a user must be at least 21 years old. No person under this age may use this platform. Documents may be requested to verify age.
2.2 One Account Rule
Each user may register only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all related accounts being suspended or closed, and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and complete. An account opened with incorrect or false information may be closed at any time. If any details change, the user must notify the platform's support team immediately.
2.4 Password and Security
It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details — username and password — secure. This information must not be shared with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits on mospay can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method). Users must ensure they are using a payment method registered in their own name — funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Like deposits, withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
3.3 Identity Verification
For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, mospay may request a copy of the user's national ID card or passport. If these documents are not provided, the transaction may be put on hold. This information is stored and processed in accordance with the rules set out in the user's Privacy Policy.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, the user must wager 10 times the bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10).
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; the contribution rate may vary per game.
- The amount of a single bet while a bonus is active must be kept within the set limit.
- Using multiple accounts while a bonus is active, or abusing bonuses as a group, will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- mospay reserves the right to change or end any promotion.
4.3 VIP Cashback
The mospay VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. This cashback applies to the total net loss for the week.
Important: Participating on this platform means you are placing bets voluntarily, by your own decision and with full awareness. Betting and gambling carry financial risk — if you are not in a position to accept losses, please refrain from participating.
Prohibited Activities
5.1 Cheating and Fraud
Any fraudulent activity — such as playing using software tools, bots, scripts or any other automated method — is completely prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately.
5.2 Anti-Money Laundering
mospay is committed to preventing money laundering. No user may use this platform as a means of transferring illegal funds. The platform reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases of suspicious transactions.
5.3 Account Sharing
Allowing another person to use, selling, or transferring your account is prohibited. The registered user is responsible for all activity on their account.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
6.1 Copyright
The logo, design, content, software and all digital elements of the mospay platform are its intellectual property. They may not be reused, published or distributed without prior permission.
6.2 Third-Party Content
The games available on the platform are the intellectual property of various third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe. Unauthorised use or copying of these games is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Platform Liability
mospay is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, network issues or disruptions to third-party services. The platform will always strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but claims for financial loss due to temporary disruptions will not be accepted.
7.2 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute or complaint, first raise it through mospay's 24/7 live chat or email support — assistance is available in both Bengali and English. The support team will review the dispute and provide a decision within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may request a second-level review.
7.3 Game Results
If a game result is cancelled or uncertain due to a technical error, mospay's decision will be considered final. Results of games operated using an RNG (Random Number Generator) cannot be changed.
Responsible Gaming and Protection
8.1 Voluntary Limits
mospay gives users the option to set their own deposit, loss and session time limits. The Responsible Gaming Guidelines explain in detail how to use these tools to stay in control of your play.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
A user may request that their account be suspended for a set period or permanently. If this request is made via live chat, it will be actioned promptly. Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period is prohibited.
Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 mospay's Rights
mospay reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to harm the platform.
9.2 User Rights
A user may request closure of their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, this may be limited in cases of terms violations.
Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Personal Information
The detailed rules on how user personal data is collected, stored and used are set out in mospay's Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you are also considered to have accepted the terms of that policy.
10.2 SSL Security
All transactions and personal information are kept secure through SSL encryption. Payment information provided on the platform is not sold or transferred to third parties.
General Provisions
11.1 Language and Interpretation
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered final. In any interpretive dispute, mospay's interpretation will apply.
11.2 Severability
If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. Waiving any one term will not be treated as a precedent for waiving any other term.
11.3 Entire Agreement
